Fuel Pump: Video: take a look/listen please

The car has a hard time starting and I think the fuel pump sounds sick. Though my MPG has gone (on the highway) from 25mpg to 30mpg and the throttle response at all speeds is great.

Fuel pressure with car off: 0psi
Fuel pressure with car run: 30psi
Fuel pressure with FPR off: 39.5psi

And do i see bare floor? If so, thats why the pump is loud.

Yea, I know the bare floor makes the pump loud. Just sounds sick to me.

What's the PPRV?

Ohh... I guess it's the white thing that I left on the line. I thought that was the check-valve. Wish someone would have said something. After watching video's of people taking it off of their car I'm not sure what the heck it does, but apparently I don't want it.
