Where is the fuel pump relay located, Also what is the little silver disk looking thing in in line with the fuel line right before it hits the rail? It looks like a pressure regulator or like a diaphragm or check valve or something like that.

It's in the trunk panel - check your owner's manual.
The "disk" is a connector.

If you would like I can take a picture of where it is after work and people on here could verify. My remote wire is attached to the relay. Not good practice but it's working and will be fixed during my next sub-build. Let me know as I will have to remove my system to get to it.

I did find it in the manual, I completely looked over the section it was in,

OddBall, As far as the silver thing, its only a connector it seems dumb to have the fuel line come up and "connect" to fuel line then go into the fuel rail, I posted a picture to be sure we are talking about the same thing

Ah. If you follow the line to the passenger side, you'll see the connector, which is also a silver disk. ;)

I'm actually not sure what that is. A check valve? The interwebs are not being helpful and I don't have my manuals at work.

I looked all over the webernets and could not find any info on that part, I even showed the guys at O' Reilly's and they said what the hell is that.

I was thinking check valve as well.

Any chance of a more detailed picture of it?

I will take a close up pic tonite I had to use one off the internet as I didn't have my car handy at the time of posting

possibly a dampner to cut down in pulsations in the pressure line?
rx7s and 2nd gen marks have them.

G-rell, That's what I thought it might be for, that's what it looks like, what other purpose could it have there is no vacuum line or wires so its not a sensor or a controlled device....
