front strut lowered by redrilling mounting holes

There is someone on this site that redrilled the front strut mounting hole to lower the front end without cutting the strut springs. I have searched and looked all over this site, can someone please point me in the right direction?

97 Octane. and DLF has done it as well. i couldn't get his name to come up. there was a space.
