I experienced this on my old 85 as well. Anyone else ever experience this?
When brakes are applied with more stopping power than a mild braking, my right front rotor makes a slight scraping noise as if something rubs upon more exertion.
I've looked it over and can find nothing that appears to be the cause. It's definately metal and not the tires or anything silly like that.
The rotors are new and everything is tight and looks good.
I see no marks on the rotor faces or the edges. Nor the calipers....
