I have used the search function and found a what seems to be a complete list of the parts I need. I still have a few questions just to be sure I got it right. First I have a coil conversion kit so can I buy TBird upper and lower control arms for the same year as my Mark ? Which bushing should be Ford and which ones can be aftermarket ? Should or could any be poly ?

Front strut rod bushings should be OEM only. Rears can be moog or OEM. I prefer OEM and thats what I bought. Should also replace you sway links and make sure to use TRW or similar. You want the style that has a straight shaft on them. UCA and LCA you can go Moog, TRW, SCP, whatever. Everyone has their prefrences just dont get the cheap ebay or autozone ones.
