I changes front brake pads today not hard at all took me about 45 mins. Okay so after I got done I went for a ride like most people and my brakes where spongy? I have n ever had this problem before withjust changes pads? Could I have got air is system?

Did you just change the pads and not do anything with the rotors? You should have at least scuffed the rotors to put a non uniform surface on it to bed the pads in better. They might be glazed from the last set.

Bleeding the brakes is never a bad idea either as it will put nice fresh fluid in the system with no moisture in it. That and diff fluid are usually way overlooked and neglected...
