I've changed my front bags and now have a leak in the selenoid.

The leak seems to be coming from the top hose. How do you replace the hose of do you replace the whole selenoid?

Come on Old School I'm waiting for the answer! :Beer

I thought the bags came with new solenoids? Are you sure you have the hose pushed all the way in? Have your students help you out! :N

when you changed the bag you have to change the o-rings on the selenoids. or they won't seal . you can replace the line to the selenoid but if you can just take a razor blade and trim the line , cut it flush !!!!!!!!!! then put it back in .

I changed the O rings. Leak is coming from the top of the solenoid. If you move the line around you can get the leak to almost stop.

There is an o-ring in the top of the solenoid, under the collet. Get a pair of pliers and you can pull the piece that holds the hose to the solenoid, our of the solenoid. Remove the old o-ring and replace it with a new #6 o-ring. Be sure to lube it with dielectric first. This should solve your problem.

Did you mean # 36 as that seemed to be the one that matched.

I'll be putting in the O ring tomorrow thanks. :Beer

I was able to get the bags inflated today but could hear a slight leak yet on the top of the solenoid so I checked that O ring and she was worn!
