What are the limitations? Will it work for only a limited time? Can you only save in certain formats or sizes? Are some of the features locked out?

Tons. I refuse first and foremost to sign up for the Microsoft program that is required so they can track you all over the Internet. That's for starters.

What is the drawback to the Preview version?
I only opened it to look for a second, and everything seems to work fine...

just setup a hotmail or yahoo account for sketchy stuff like that... so when they ask for you'r email, you give them the junk account
