One of my headlights gets foggy after a car wash. Should I drill a small hole in the back of the housing? Or should I just go around with silicone around the lens?

That's your problem now. Moisture is getting into your housing. Don't drill any holes. That will make the problem worse. Your housings is likely cracked.

The lights are super easy to get out, I would take it out and really inspect it good you should be able to find the crack or what ever and fill it

After taking the light out and inspecting it, I see nothing wrong with it.
Someone drilled a hole on top of the headlight unit. I guess to cure a similar problem. I taped that hole, hope this will solve the problem.

don't use tape, use silicone, and you comment about inspecting it and seeing nothing wrong... you just said you found someone drilled a hole, that would definitaley be something wrong

Hey guys, I know when I done the "TrimBright" to mine there is a factory hole that has a plug in it. It could be your plug fell out. Fill it with silicone and test for another leak might have one around the seam of the bezel.
