Ok so last night I noticed a leak, for the last few days I noticed some ruff sound from under my hood. I thought: oil. Well then I looked at my hydrolic fan fluid res. and noticed its low, not out but low. Now I got a hydrolic fan leak. Now I just had the car fixed about 5k miles ago, there was a issue with the coolant container thingy near the windshield on the drivers side. I had to have it replaced cause I guess it was damaged. Now, I live in slower lower Delaware and there is one Lincoln Dealer within driveing distance, when I picked the car up I noticed that my power steering container had some evidence of coolant spilled in it, the guy tried his best to reassure me it was just some drops that got away so I tried my best to belive him. I think they are stupid enough to have put it in there by accident.

Now Im looking into TSB's and find that the fan pump and power steering pump are the same. Could they have spilled to much coolant into the power steering and could this have caused my hydrolic fluid leak? Over the winter I noticed a squeaking noise, I thought it was my suspension cause I also just had this fixed about 2 months ago but while I was reading on here I saw a few threads about it beeing the cold air and the power steering pump.

The leak is right under that side of the car, the passenger side near the fluid container itself. If it may be their fault (Given the guy addmits our coversation and I can prove it), how can I go about haveing this straightened out?
