Flexplate OEM type 28 oz or 50 oz imbalance

I am looking to buy an 8 bolt OEM Steel Flexplate for my Terminator install. Should I get an 28 oz or 50 oz imbalance?

That's the one I have in my build pile waiting to go. Whats weird is it comes with a 1/8 welch plug? Hmmm

The flexplate is neutral. No 28 or 50 oz weighting on ours.
Why would the flexplate come with a 1/8" plug? Does it fit any of the holes in the plate? That would suck if it was a balance your own plug...lol
