flashing AT light?!?

Ok I just did a bunch of work to the front end of my car...lower spindles/ball joints both sides, upper control arm pass side, tie-rod ends both sides and sway bar links both sides, well after doing so and getting it all back together the AT (advance track) light has been flashing...and the cruise won't work? Does anyone have an idea where I can start checking?

Oh and on the driver info center it says Advanced Track ok!!?? Please help

There is nothing that I have noticed different...I can turn the AT off and on and it performs as it should and I can tell easily right now because there is snow on the ground!

For those of you that may be having this same problem, I took it to the dealer and they recalibrated the computers and everything seems to be just fine now! YAY!
