So about a year ago i swapped a t56 into my 96 mark. i never got around to fixing my speedo, i plunged it in once to see if it worked but it was way off it would read 140 when i was doing like 25. i hear that i could use the part in the link below to fix it? is this true i just wanted to make sure before i made a 130 dollar mistake lol. also i have 4.10's so will i need anything else to fix the speedo or just the part below?

I believe that will work, but I'm not sure as I have never actually played with a speedcal before. I'm assuming you used a camaro T56, right? If so, then the speedo signal coming out of that sensor is 17 pulses per driveshaft revolution, while the ford speedo signal is 8 pulses per revolution. If the speedcal can take in 17 pulses and put out 8, then it will work. If not, you will need to figure something else out.
