I am The new owner of a 2002 Lincoln LSE and from Day one after buying the car I have been replacing things and making updates to it. My biggest concern is the cooling system. I have looked and looked on this site and others serching for some insite on how to get the car to run cooler. I have a very good understanding of new cars and how there electricle systems work and the issues that can come from trying to get the car to run at a lower temp but I think most of the concerns and be addresed with ECM flashing tools to recalibrate the ECM for a car that runs cooler.
1. has any one on here found a bigger radiator.
2. has any found a lower temp thermostat.

Just looking for good feedback that I can use.

My car does not run hot, just a little to hot for me. it runs a at a steady 215F-225F depending on the temp outside. It has the 183F thermostat.
From what I have read; it seem that the electric fan swap won't cool the car any better just prevents a future hydrolic fan issue.
