Finally Fixed "Electrical Junk"

Well my 94 Mark did it good today, Cruizen down the road the AntiLock light came on & the car was driving like it was a 3cyl.... pulled off the road the car was Missing, popping, farting and just blaa....shut it off, Popped the hood everthing checked out fine, get back in to start & it was dead, the message center said Check charging system, then it died in about 3 secs....

After about 2 hours, and a new battery, and new terminals she is happy.....

Those crappy thin ford round terminals are nothing but junk.

avoid future problems cut your's off and put new beefier ones on...

Thanks for the heads up. I noticed that my battery needs to be charged when the ABS light and Subwoofer start freaking out.

Hmmmm.... Remember the big wire thread a few months or was it a year ago...

Well it could have been the Alt.... I've run into that problem a few times...

I destroyed the black terminal clamp when I tried taking it off to replace the battery - it is/was cheap garbage.

I think the positive is already changed on it.

Good advice though, bad battery connections make cars do funny things.
