Finally: 03+ headlight retrofit on 02 (pics)

Excellent Job!

It's fair to say all that are interested wish you took pictures while you were doing it. What exactly is this bracket?

for one thing they dont have clear corners..

Update, Im currently in the process of chroming/blacking out the ugly yellow corners. Did a prototype with both choices (chrome and then black) with an extra headlight that I had, and man it looks :D. Will post pics when ever I have time!!!... Dont know which choice I will stick with.

Can you tell me what you had to do to change the wiring harness? I just ordered some '03-up headlights to install in my '02 and I'd like to know ahead of time what I need besides the brace and the headlights...

Thanks

Lex, nice job on the headlights. If you want a smooth quiet ride, try the Yokohama AVS dB S2 or Toyo Z4 tires. I just put 4 of the Yokos on my LS and it's wonderful :)

lex diamondz.... what kind of tires are on those rims? are they loud? or nice and silent

yo man sick wit the lights i cant wait to do this i been feening to throw those lights in my car do you think if i put the 04 05 bumper with the round fogs it will fit even more smoothly

Looks great, nice job. Never been a fan of headlight swaps and such lol, getting ready to do another one but they say the lights are already wired up right and such so that should be just a simple take out and put in, plug in and all good.

Where are the gaps that everyone speaks of being there when doing this swap? It looks very clean to me.

The gap is only when you swap the front bumper on the 2000-02. i did the headlights on my 2000 and I had no gap.
