feeling weak

So i'm out driving my 94 last night with my girlfriend's brother in the car and he asks me how its running since I put in the LMS chip....I tell him AWESOME!!! Car screams, I couldn't be happier....so last night were out and I jump on it from about 35mph.....the car goes, but doesn't really yank like usual......i'm a little disappointed...so this morning on the way to work I do it again.....same result...doesn't seem to run as hard as before.....is it just me getting used to it or is there something wrong?? Car runs smooth as glass and doesn't hesitate or anything.....just feels slower to me

IF you were right AT 35 the car might not have shifted all the way to 1st gear...
Try it at 30MPH...

Usually 39MPH and below the car will down shift to FIRST and give you that "pull" you are missing.
If you get above 38-39MPH it will only shift down to SECOND..and act just like you describe.

Give it another shot...paying particular attention to the MPH and the gear it downshifts to.

think i agree with KK.....the car did grab first.....it'll grab first from about 38 and under.....maybe a bad batch of gas.....who knows.....the track will tell all

Weather changes play a big roll in things... my car drives way different in 0-10 degree weather than 30-40 degree weather....

I think there are a lot of factors... in 0-10 degree weather my car can spin the tires off the line.... 30-40 it can't do that... I contribute that more to tire temps than anything, but when I step on it and it can blow the tires off I think, HOT DAMN...

It's a matter of not having enough traction... bigger tires

well i did a 0-60 run with the car today.....6.2 and i spun for a bit.....guess shes runnin ok....if it didn't rain today I'd be at the track!!

6.2 sounds good stock,thats what my 95 runs usually

I'd get a bottle of Chevron w/Techron..i swear by that stuff.
