Ok so thanks to the forum I have a new factory sub for my 2006 ls soundmark setup
I was thinking installation would be pretty simple, I removed the factory plastic clips with a razor because I will replace with removable ones I got from autzone. I disconnect the sub but can see that the sub is dropped in and screwed from the top. I pop both back seats and lay them down. I see the carpet cover from the inside has a few plastic clips holding it so I cut them also. Now I can see the carpet is also under the part of the back seat in the corners that doesn't come down with the rest of the seat. How do I get the cover from under that part without braking anything???? Thanks

its really not that hard... remove lower seat (there are hidden latches under the front edge centered under each side)

remove side bolsters (there is a hidden latch, under the inside side at the top(one latch goes down, the other side goes up))

remove the "C" pillars (clips)

lift then pull.

also, I second not cutting any clips, pins, or whatever... if taken out correctly, they should be able to be reused no problem...

Did you take the package tray out? All you needed to do was gently pull on the back of the wire mesh covers and it'll come right out.

The hard part was just understanding how the little plastic clips with the release worked lol cut my hand up a little bit trying to squeeze the clamps from the back then I realized when I got it out ut had a release thing and my light bub over my head told my. Oooo thats what they where talking about lol thanks guys lol

yeah theyre a bitch to release if you dont know what kind of latch it is and haven't seen it yet, but once its apart and you look at it, you're like oh yeah, thats the ticket.
