So i got my car back today and it was driving great. There was alot of traffic and i noticed this big Dodge Ram Hemi driving like a complete ass. I pull up to a red light where there are three lanes and the far right lane has to merge left up ahead into two lanes and i see that the Ram behind me cut across two lanes to get to the front on the right lane, i'm in the center lane. I knew that once the light turned green he was gonna gun it so he could cut over in front of me. I turned off the trac control and a/c so i could get the most out of the car. The light turns green, i hear him chirp his wheels and floor it, i was well prepared. Needless to say i ran his ass and stayed a good car length on him and he had to merge in behind me. Boy was he pissed. At the next light i moved over a lane so he would be next to me and unrolled my window and asked him how it felt to have a Lincoln spank his Hemi, he started talking sh!t and i just rolled my window up on him mid sentence. D!ckhead, ha ha.
 
HAHA I get to do that alot to idiot drivers around here. Good job on the Hemi spanking....that's one reason why Ford is the least of the BIG 3 that is suffering due to the economy
 
Yeah, well, Chrysler better sell a lot of those Hemis in order to offset the costs of the money-losing hybrid and electric cars they have to build since they took money from the government.
 
My dad has an 07 Ram Hemi. Thinks it's no contest that he'll smoke the LS. I told him I'm waiting until he wants to put money on it :D
 
i've done the same thing many times, you can tell when people know when there lane is ending. but i don't yell anything out the window unless the people i'm yelling at are standing outside, and i'm still moving.

If there was only some type of option for the LS to rub something like this in their face? I won't shout out any ideas since, yes... of coarse, I would get the trolls going :P
 
No but lots of places do stuff like that here and there.

But YEAH F the Hemi,... stupid not real fake ass Hemi!:D

FYI: The A/C cuts off under full acceleration automatically.

Yeah, but not right away. It kills your launch if its still on. Once you get wound up a little it turns off and you can feel it pull harder.
 
I do want to point out also that this guys truck didnt seem stock. It was loud so i am guessing he had an exhaust swap, the engine sounded pretty loud too. I did some research and those Hemi's in the Ram have 345 hp, sure the truck probably weighs alot more but i was giving up alot of horsepower and torque and the stock 0-60 times are pretty close. Anyway you look at it the 3.9 V8 held its own against a much bigger engine and a tool bag driving it. Being able to look in the rearview and see the expression on his face was truly priceless, his ego was crushed.

Don't get me wrong I like the LS and good kill to the OP. My girl has a hemi ram and it's got balls for a truck. It's hard to launch with a a lot more torque down low then the little 3.9L but I have put it in 4wd at light and surprised a couple people.
 
HAHA! Awesome. I dream of the day when I'll get to do something like that! I love that V8. At the same time, we own a 2000 Dakota with the old Magnum 4.7L V8, and it moves. I've gunned it on people a couple of times and completely took them by surprise. Done that with the LS a bunch too :D
