exterior door handles?

I was at the junk yard and saw a 2000ish continental or town car ( i forget which one it was ) with the chrome exterior door handles. They look identical to the LS' door handles, and I would love to have chrome ones. Does anyone know if they can be swapped?

no, town cars handles' are too long.
then again, i guess the answer is yes, if you have the time, money, and need for it. proly not worth it easily
