Hey guys, I decided to make a new thread since the other one is basically 2 pages of people saying to upload a vid, haha. :bash: The second video is still processing the HD version, but it should be available in like 15-20 min.

The first one here is a cold start, then an operating temperature start. Also me driving my LS around this little lot, lol.

Secondly is a video from in the car doing some basic acceleration with the windows and roof closed, to give you an idea of how it sounds.

The camera makes the exhaust sound a little more 'high-pitched' than it is, for some reason. It is hard to explain, but it sounds slightly deeper in-person.

Sounds great!

I wonder what the mufflers only would sound like, and more importantly, how much they would cost?
 
I believe the magnaflows are somewhere around 75-80 each and the xpipe is about 75 too?

And yea,andrizzle it sounds sick. There are a lot of nice Ls's on this site but I can honestly say your combo (wheels, grill, lights, lowering, etc) is by far the sleekest and most bad ass looking. Awesome job as usual.

m4rk, those are mufflers only, well there is an X-pipe, but the resonators are gone.

myfirstlincoln, that is a nice compliment, but there are far better looking LSes on here!

dNyce, haha - I would have ran into those PVC Pipes laying on the ground there if I stayed in it. That is a small little area! :D
 
What?! I agree w/ myfirstlincoln. Ya car is dope as hell. I told u ya car is my car's inspiration lol
 
To be honest, the more I watch it, the more I think it's kinda funny watching you drive around aimlessly in front of the camera. I've done it a bunch of times w my Camaros when I got my exhaust and its always like watching someone who is completely lost and just driving in circles :)
 
sounds great, not like i'm stealing you set up idea but maybe that's what i'll do when i get the money :shifty:

myfirstlincoln, I know what you mean... I felt kinda lame setting up the camera on a stationary post and filming myself driving in circles. Also the fact I had nobody to hold the camera and film for me... :frown:

Were you trying to do some figure 8? :lol: Or maybe you just couldn't decide which way to turn.

Sounds GREAT! I dont know why but gen1's with magnaflows dont sound that deep. They sound different and thats why I wasn't considering magnaflows too much, until I heard one on a gen2, I keep forgetting who posted it up, but it's a red one. Can't wait for mine!!! I said I would do it this month and I was really trying to, but unexpected expensive set me back. Next month for sure!!!
