i have the cat-back borla system. no resonators.
although im dissapointed with the tone and level of it.
so i was planning to remove the convertors, and install some o2 simulators.
i like the sound of the 3.9 catless with the borla mufflers, my question is, i know theres two o2's after the cat's (correct?) and nothing is more annoying then a CEL.. has anyone messed with o2 simulators? could you point me in the right direction as to brands?

I have run them on one of my mustangs in the past without an issue.

The ones I used left the O2 sensor in place, and just wired inline. They were only about $40 and worked flawlessly. I obviously wasn't running any cats at all.

Obviously, the rear O2's only function are to monitor the function of the cats, so you should have no issues at all.

The cats were gutted on my '00 and other then the codes that popped up saying the convertors were out of range, it ran fine.
