Exhaust change

I want to do a complete exhaust change on my 98 lsc (headrers, cats, pipes and mufflers). Is there any way to fab any other headers or is do I have to pay the price of Kook's headers? I have money but always looking for a cheaper means.

BTW-my old screen name was givithell, but now my project started. I want to change exhaust on daily driver but my 93 is about to have engine pulled and built from scratch again, hence the screen name!

Kooks mid-length are about the only thing availible. The vendor that sell them put alot of his own money into the R&D for the headers and kooks quality is top notch. look to pay about 750 coated with shipping amd 650 without.

There is another vendor that has pre-bent pipes SS pipes that are availible for these cars. should be around 500

LMS has some killer mufflers and x-pipes and they sound and look great. and I belive their still on sale.

well the cats I just got from summit. They were in stock and fit my pipes. 150.

Well, my plan is to upgrade simple things on my 98 (for now), but totally stroke,bore and trick out the 93 engine. My question is can I build another super long block then drop the 93 into my 98 and use 98 wiring? then finish the 93. I really want to build a non streetlegal monster 93.
