As some of you may know, DLF and i put the 4.10's in my car last weekend. Thanks again doug, i'm very pleased with this setup.

Picked up quite a bit and ive been itchin to get some runs in. if anyone is up for englishtown or atco in the next week or two let me know. I swore last time i went that i wouldnt come back without drag radials (my tires were horrible and i think the track wasnt prepped good) BUT with the posi diff it hooks up SOOO much better it isnt even funny.

Parts Installed -

Ford Racing 4.10's
Eaton Truetrac
LPW girdle and Cobra diff powdercoated silver sparkle
Dynotech 4" Driveshaft
ARP stainless bolts
RedLine Fluid
Energy Suspension Poly Diff bushings

(Just received in the mail the Rear Torsional Load brace and LECB from SCP) and they should be installed very soon.

Ill tell you what...im really liking the 4.10's...i did lose highway cruising..but i knew that was gonna happen..oh yeah and the car always chirped 1-2 with the tune and JMOD...but i opened it up on the expressway the other day and it barked 3rd gear...:D

I just got mine back with 4.10's and a dynotech shaft. I will be going to Cecil in Maryland next weekend. They always have good traction there so it is a good place to run.

how do you like the gears?

I have not hammered it yet but part throttle has surprised me. There is a very good increase in acceleration part throttle. It also has a sniper tune. I went from a stop sign and mashed the pedal about half way and the tires broke loose. That was a new experience in the car.
If Mark VIII's came that way from the factory they might have still been around.

Yeh i got some stuff to do next weekend, we'll look at the week after ill post something when it comes sooner.

wish i woulda seen this earlier, just got off work and back to the house.

If the weather holds, I'm going to take my LSC to Englishtown Wednesday evening, May 5th.

Atco is cheaper, but I don't feel like driving through the waterbox all night. :(

So, I'm going alone? :(

Not yet... it is in Stillwater, and I'm in Minneapolis studying my ass off... with a little bit of LVC thrown in :D

Well, I'll be there around 5 pm tomorrow, if anyone else is interested.

Well, this was a bust.

Got three runs, all around 14.2, with the car missing just before the 1-2 shift @ 6400 RPM. Doesn't miss at the 2-3 shift, which also takes place 6400 RPM.

The shift points will be raised after I figure out the miss.

Feels like ignition, gotta look at the codes.

The my wife called, and told me that my mother, who lives in CA, was in ICU, so I beat feet home.

Waiting now to hear from the hospital. :(

Hope everything is ok with your mom, you need to be there for her especially this weekend.
