Two days ago while I was Driving to work i Pulled up to a stop light and my car was shaking quiet a bit. havent been able to figure out what it is yet. I did upgrade my 1-2 accumulater but it didnt fix the shaking. I did check my coil also Electricution  style and that was ok too. I am guessing that my possibilities are a IAC, O2 Sensor, exept the I unplugged the drivers side O2 sensor still ran the same and no check engine light. But also I did overfill my engine oil and it looks like there is oil coming from my o2 sensor, could this be the culprit even though there is no check engine light and did i screw something up bad IDK I am horrible at diagnosing things

Help Please !!!

Over-fill engine oil = engine death if you added to much. Its like high blood pressure, not a god thing. But lets assume you went no more than one quart over. That would be "ok" but get it outta there.

The rough idle is most likely the IAC or *maybe* a loose engine mount. O2s would not necessarily make rough idle without throwing a CE. And oil will never come out of an O2 sensor.

Check your oil level ASAP and make sure its no more then a quarter inch past full. Half inch more = bad, and inch = insanely bad!

mine does this too, when coming to a stoplight and worse when the air or heat is on, it seems to be in the rear along where the speakers are.

what about boots n coils?
in a simialr situation at a traffic light..she got the shakes, and then came on the lights, bellz n whistles ..---went to my mechanic the next day -did a scan and a code came up and it was the coils...replaced coils and boots, and even a valve cover seals replaced -reset evertthing and she good as new!..

Its rare for a coil to go, usually just the boot fails which is A LOT cheaper to fix. But if it was a boot or coil, it would be noticeable at all speeds, not just in idle - but in idle it would be more pronounced.

Just pull the coils out, if you have a bad one, you will usually see it. The spark-arch kinda burns the boot.

Boots and Burnmarks

I guess my first question is if these are boots and would these burnmarks cause my engine to idle poorly and have a vibration??

Hmmm, thats a Gen I, no COP or boots. Those are just regular wire sets, and BOY do they look spent. I would opt for replacing the set of wires. Cost, about $80. Look at summitracing.com You will want 96-98 Cobra wires (i think, anyone have the summit part #?)

Just though I should post that the Spark plug wires fixed my car, and also what I though was a transmission shutter. I guess this problem has been has been going on for a year but only got really bad in the last 2 weeks . I am glad it was just Wires but am still mad it took this long for mr to figure it . I guess What made me think it was the tranny is it only shook when it was under medium load and when the engine was warm. I guess My tranny should be good for a while now though after I put a new acumulators, 2600 stall torque converter, tranny flush twice w/ filter, tranny cooler. Should be set right!
