My 96 Mark VIII is stumbling bit on acceleration or going up a hill. It isn't every time but enough to cause concern. No codes are showing. If I pump the accelerator a couple of times, it clears up so I am thinking perhaps it's the TPS .. It runs fine on the highway.. just getting onto the highway from the exit, it tends to stumble. But I have read here that it could be faulty coils. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I've put some big money into this car this past year .. new brake lines and new tranny cooling lines so I really can't afford to have the shop do it right now. I dread trying to get at the TpS if that's the issue. Boy, they sure crammed that engine in there !
