Engine or Throttle body swap help

I'm swapping out the throttle body from my V6 Lincoln LS into my 2003 Lincoln LS will it work or will it not work please let me know ASAP I'm about to fuck with it tomorrow thanks
Another thing is can I take the V6 engine and completely swap it out needing it without needing a computer or anything. And what if the V6 engine came from a 5-speed will workin tha 2003 LS has an automatic please let me know

You have not provided enough detail. Need the years and engine (V6 or V8) of both cars.

Generally, V6 <> V8 won't work without PCM and harness changes
1st gen (2000-2002) <> 2nd gen (2003-2006) won't work.
V6 <> V8 throttle body won't swap.
1st gen <> 2nd gen throttle body won't swap.
