Engine hesitates when I hit the gas

Only does it when I have the stereo turned up. I have four 13W7 in the trunk. Two on each side of the trunk. Other two is awfully close to the fuel relay.

+1, my 93 would do that when it had a weak battery and I would sit at a light with the system thumping
Try revving the engine a couple times and see if that changes anything when you take off.
