I got into the car 2 days ago and turned on the heat. About 10 minutes later i turned it off and it was still blowing. I pulled over and turned off the car and it was still blowing for about 20 seconds then it cut off. Turned back on the car and same thing happens every time i use my air. I have tested all my relays and modules and they are fine. Has anyone had this issue before or do i need to just take it into the dealer?

Blower power is controlled by relay 11-5 in the underhood auxiliary junction box.
If the relay is sticking on, you could get the problem you are having.
The blower power relay is controlled by the DATC module itself.
Blower speed is controlled by the blower speed control module.

With your symptoms, it could be any of the three items above, or a short in the wiring. If you are lucky, it will be the relay (cheapest and easiest to replace). If you are less lucky, it is the DATC. If you are very unlucky, it is the blower speed control. It's not too expensive, but it is very hard to get to and replace. The engine coolant has to be drained, the AC refrigerant discharged, and the dash disassembled.

(If you can control the blower speed, then it's almost certainly not the blower speed module.)
