I noticed when I'm driving with my headlights on they dim intermittently, when they do all the inside lights do to. I changed the battery and had the alternator checked.. Any help is appreciated

Either
1. Your alternator is starting to fail. A check or quick test won't catch that because it is working most of the time. The brushes are wearing out and it will fail completely eventually, probably taking the battery out with it.

2. One of the major power or ground connections between the alternator, starter, main power bus in the trunk, and/or battery is loose.

Most likely, it is number 1 above.
