I overnighted eibachs yesterday, but I was hesitant in buying them because I was afraid they would be too low with my 255/35/20's.

So I installed only the fronts today, just to see how it would look.. The springs dropped the car exactly 1" so far, from 28-1/8 to 27-1/8, but I'm expecting another 1/4 to 1/2" drop from settling.

It's almost perfectly level now, with just a slight rake.

When I travel for work, I will have my car pretty loaded down, which has me worried about the back being too low and rubbing.

So, has anyone run just the fronts? How did it handle? I would love to take it for a spin, but I just found out exactly how fragile the swaybar endlinks were tonight  Overnighted a pair of Moogs from Amazon for $36

Other good news is that I found a cut/fray in my front right ABS wire, which has to be where my ABS problem was coming from. Sealed it up and I'll clear the codes later this week. Hopefully that takes care of it..

Anyhow.. Here is a pic after about an hour of Settling.

You just put these on yourself since you overnighted them ?

don't waste much time do ya ?

Looks good. I would only do the front myself as well, I think hite has it like that aswell.

I don't work in the winter.. or summer, so I have plenty of free time. I have an alignment scheduled on Thursday to give them a little time to settle. I don't see how adding the rears later would affect alignment anyway, but I will make my decision thursday morning.

+1 on Hite having just fronts.

Looks good, but is it me or do those 255s seem like alot of rubber? From that angle almost seems like they stick out past the fender...

I dont recall Joelinc's (currently Rollin's) sentas with 255s looking that way.

I had 245s on my sentas and i dont recall ever rubbing in the rear with a fully loaded (5 people and cargo) car. I do recall the front rubbing a bit while crawling up driveways tho lol

Any plans on color matching those plastic ground effects parts? I think would help make the sentas look a bit smaller and thus blend in better...if that makes sense lol

The pic was taken at 10mm or so, so they is a good bit of distortion. It makes the wheels looking bigger than they actually are. The 255's barely stick past flush on the rims. I honestly would not want anything narrower.

Yes, painting the ground effects to match crosses my mind on a daily basis lol. I go see my paint guy on friday. I was planning on painting all the chrome, but then I FINALLY found the pic of Jolin's First Gen with the 2nd Gen LSE bumper and stock headlights, and the "gap" is almost nonexistant, which then got me craving an lse bumper again lol.

Either way, I will NOT be swapping out headlights. I've already put $6000 into an $8000 car. Even doing the LSE bumper is kinda pushing it a bit.

For some reason those wheels are dwarfing your LS. Has to be the rubber and 20" combo, with lack of painted skirts.

It looks pretty good, don't get me wrong, but it looks almost donk-ish.

We all put more money into our cars than they are worth simply because we love them. The Factory HID's are amazing, no comparison to halogen.

I wonder what offset the wheels are?

It does seem a bit off compared to other sentas.

It's the Super Wide Angle lense.. Believe me.

This angle makes me not want to lower the rear..

I'll pull it out tomorrow and see how it looks.

I would definitely like to paint the lower trim. Going to talk about that on friday

Probably just the angle or something, but it looks like if you had gotten all 4 rears instead of all 4 fronts.

The angle of the picture is not gonna change how far they stick out. Those look like four rears like Alax said.

I've been trying to place it since they've been on... They just dont seem to line up the same as others i've seen. at first i thought it was just the angles and all your shopping (and lack of center caps).. but now i don't know... If you could, take a picture from the from looking down the drivers side. it just doesn't look the same... Not knocking you, just been bugging me..

I am lowered in the front only with 245/40/19's. I think it looks perfect. Especially after another 1/4" of drop in the rear from adding my sub box and amp. It handles fine.

I think the reason everyone says the wheels look different is because the bumper valance and side skirts are black. Color match them along with the chrome trim and it will look a lot better IMO. But it does look very good the way it is.

That is most definitely the reason. I hate the black plastic

Alright Guys.. Here is a pic with a regular lense after they sat all night. I'm going to leave the fronts only for now.. If they settle a bunch more, I can always install the rears too. I love the stance it has right now.

And one for you guys that thought they stick out too far. They are still almost an inch inward of the fender lip

It is in the offset. Like Rell, I have looked at it for the last 25 minutes. I run 20's with a 38 offset paired with a 245/35/20 tire package.

But do not get it twisted for one second. The car looks better than a number of others I have seen come and go. The front end drop interests me tremendously.

I like the stance, I too like a little rake, I added about a 1/2 inch of hard rubbr as seats in my rears when I did my springs to get that rake. Not sure after yours settles more in the front if it will look off then but looks perfect to me IMHO.

That means your wheels stick out FURTHER than mine

Where did you get your rubber pieces? I would like to go up just a smidgen. I'm tired of running into parking blocks and scrapping driveways with my Eibach's.

You are taking my statement out of context. The profile question that most seem to be pointing toward is due to the offset. I am not finger pointing in a negative way. Chill.....LOL.

They are just the same Sentas that everyone else is running..

I am really glad I did not try the Giovannas though.. The 38mm offset would have been about fender flush.

I think I will make some spacers for the rear before I decide to install them too.
