You will be able to align the car. However, since there isn't any camber adjustment on the rear they won't be able to adjust it. You would just need to keep your tires rotated every 3000-5000 miles.
My local Ford dealer installed my Eibachs and aligned her up with no issue..that I'm aware of. I seem to recall the owners manual recommending 5k rotations anyways..so that's what I do. So far, so good.
