Does anyone Know of a good cheap but effective way to bypass all this stuff. I know that a egr plate is available. But What about one belt that take care of the other two things. i can always find them seperate but never to gather. Thanks.

You can ditch the smog pump and A/C and put a shorter belt on there. What is your question?

The belt size is something you're going to need to measure for. The most common approach is to ditch smog and power steering, and that requires an 87.5" belt, but pulling the smog and A/C will be different. Just run a piece of string where your belt will go, then measure it. Just be sure to account for the tension that needs to be on the tensioner pulley.
