EATC problem

My A/C blows warm air I have to increase the fan speed over 2 stripes in order to get cold air . my EATC works fine except when I turn the Max A/C in the first fan speed and second . I did the EATC self test it showed 016 and 024 (blend door actuator ) .

The air isn't very cold .

It's not very cold because the blend door actuator failed. Have it replaced.
