Did a quick search, didn't find it. I need a new lower ball joint. 2000 V8 Sport.

Going to order from euromarque on ebay.

16 or 14 mm?
 
Hey pektel! What year is your car? I believe 14mm for 1st gens and 2nd gens are 16mm. I just ordered from them a month ago and they are legit and shipping was fast and everything fit perfect!!! I have 2000 sport 3.9l.
I only ordered 1 lower my passenger side went and ate my tires for breakfast,lol!
If still in doubt or unsure email them and ask them to be sure. oops i'm sorry i went with deutsche parts usa they are located in ny. You can do google search on them and find great results! They are also on ebay and sell lots of parts for our cars too! I don't know if they still have single ball joint available or if they only have the deal for 2 ball joints. Either way the prices are good and they will fit perfectly as mine did and if all else fails at least you will have 1 left over if 1 of your other ball joints takes a crap on you. 2000-20002=14mm 2003-2006=16 mm Good luck! hope this helped!
 
The only problem I have with these balljoints are the rubber boots are too thin and to soft. They can rip way to easy. Had it happen on 2 of mine and was pretty pissed. Lube boots good on install.

so to answer the original question though, I've been told via text message by 2 other LS owners now that I need the 16mm ones. Are we in agreement? I need to order it today.

But of course by saying that, we are only inviting him in to lend us some of his extensive, worldly knowledge.

ah, I'll probably just call up ed from euromarque and tell him what I have, and hope he sends me the right part.

suppose I'll measure the one I get, so others can get the answer when they search.

uh ohs, i just ordered some ball joints from him and I didn't specify. Hope i get the right ones! New Ball joints and sway bar bushings are going in next thursday, can't wait for the handling.

i did take your post seriously. you just seemed unsure of the size. it's always nice when more than one person confirms.
