I have a 94 that won't idle lower than 1000 rpm's and usually stays at 1500. Any ideas what it is? I checked for vacuum leaks and couldn't find any.
Dtc 411. Any ideas?

IAC or TPS is bad. If you get back there to swap one, go ahead and do the other. Neither one is fun to do but that would be my guess on your high idle.
Idle Air Control valve or Throttle Position Sensor. Average about $45 each, sometimes cheaper if you go off brand.

How do you replace the iac without completely removing the intake manifold? Am I the only one that thinks that Lincoln were just completely absentminded when it came to this car and the mechanic in mind?
