Kind of an odd question, but I'll take a stab.....
You'll need to support the engine from above (with two chains, I took the pic when I had only put one on).
Remove the three nuts at the top of each shock.
Remove the UCA to Spindle bolt and seperate the spindle from the UCA.
Remove all the bolts/nuts holding the power steering lines to the K-Member, this will give the lines enough slack that you won't have to disconnect them.
Keep an eye on the brake lines and ABS wiring as you lower the K-Member, as you'll probably need to unbolt the bracket from the frame to get enough slack, depending upon how much you lower the K-Member.
