Drop number 2 and also drove an MKS (PICTURES)

Ok, I bought some sprint springs that lower the LS by 1.5". I changed the front ones only, the rear ones are Eibachs that lower 1.1". Anyways, the height is perfect now. Did alignment the other day, drives fine, little harder than with Eibachs.

Anyways,

I went to Lincoln stealer today and drove the new ES350 :shifty: oh my bad, I mean the MKS.

Front looks sweeeet!, rear is retarded, the rear 3/4 veiw is not nice, side is ok, the front 3/4 is the bomb! Some 22" Asanti wheels on it and 1.5" lowering would make it look really sick.

Interior is ok, dash is nice, quality is ok, the center consol where the shifter is not so much, lots of plastic there. Seats are nice, leather is pretty good.

Outside handles feel cheap, doors close ok. The stearing wheel is really nice, not so much the airbag cover, some cheap plastic. Drives pretty smooth and handles nicely untill you start pushing the gas pedal, there it goes bazzare! The front drive starts showing and I start cussing out the Ford!

Overall nice car, but not for me.

Front is ok, but i hate the rear too. Interior looks ok, but that non functional panel in the center stack would annoy me. Not that it matters, i have no money! Lol. (but if i did have the green, it would go somewhere else)

For some reason that indentation on the hood looks stupid to me. I don't know why. Other than that I like the exterior but the interior looks terrible.

From the mirrors back it looks like a Infinity in the first shot and the front looks like something hideous with Acura headlights.


Look at the comparison between the perfect simplicity of the LS and the Acufinty.


IMO the MKS is one ugly car. And the interior does not help it out at all.

I saw the MKS in red yesterday. It was a little dirty, but I think it is a nice looking car. For what it is, basically a Conti replacement.
Give it the old LSE treatment for the EcoBoost version; body kit and some slight touches here and there. Slighty lowered and some special wheels, TT and AWD and I'll take mine in Tuxedo black!!

Absolutely nothing on the MKS fits together.....every part of the exterior looks like it is from another car. It just doesn't flow. And what's with the way too big logo on the front end? It's Ford Superduty big. I do like the interior though, looks pretty classy. I'll take my LS anyday.

I went to the dealer as well this last weekend, and got as far as looking only.
Just on looks, and size alone, I wouldnt own one.
Next to your LS, it looks like an suv crossover, in size...<<makes disgusting sound>>
The rear deck ht is amazing. I comes up to almost my sternum.
All in all, I gigantic fumble...in my opinion.

I actually went back up to the picture and looked for the "new" car twice not realizing you meant the LS, damn I feel dumb

Yes they do, but those are hard to find too. There were some for sale on ebay but they were 4 fronts and they were asking like $1500 for 4 of those chrome ones without tires.
