Drivers window regulator problem

Please let me know if anybody else has come across this and how they fixed it... I just replaced my drivers door regulator, and it went smoothly, except when i put everything back together, and go to put my window up, the bounce back feature kicks in half way up the window, and i have to do the bypass feature within 2 secconds to put my window up, there has to be a way to reset this feature to work normally, has anyone encountered this? please let me know, thanks

Something internally is in a bind. It could be weatherstripping, it could be the cables that cross each other, etc. I would take it apart and re-do it with an eye on not getting anything in a bind.
