Drivers door goes clunk when closed?

Let me start by saying the window is up when it is closed and I repaired the channel that was off inside the door. Maybe its the window motor which I can't find in the door? I checked every screw coming thru or into the door and found none loose. Anyone got any other ideas of what it might be?

Pull your door panels check your window channels.

The only window channel that I can easily get to is the one that goes near the door latch. I re secured it and it is locked in top and bottom, but I still cant find what is thunking? The window is up when I am doing this. I will try tomorrow to see if the window is down what happens?

I'd leave the window up and look...at least its not in your way when its up

Take the panel off the passenger door and start comparing stuff
