driver door panel

how do you remove the drivers door panel. The shop left a screw loose and it is driving me crazy rolling around in there.

it has 3 screws along the bottom of the door..


one screw below the locking latch on the door..

and i BELIEVE that it has one more screw along the arm rest.. before the window controls.. mine has a lil pocket there with 1 screw.. then after jus pop the door off..
