Is there a preferred protectant to maintain the door seals so they don't start deteriorating ?

I have been researching this for a sort time to help protect my new air bags
I currently have no conclusion
This is my current list

Aerospace 303 (comes up the most in my reading somet say it attracts dust though)

Wurth Rubber Care Gel Stick

Lexol

silicone with no detergents or propellant

P21s for cleaning

1z einszett Vinyl Rubber Care & Potectant

Zep ® Vinyl and Rubber Protectant

Wolfgang Vinyl & Rubber Protectant

I just use my "Black Magic" silicone tire treatment. Spray on a rag and wipe down seals. 2,2 jobs in one.

seals

I rub sea foam on the seals often in the winter time. These doors will freeze shut with the right conditions, that's one reason for broken door handles.

I'll try the 303 Protectant 2 oz. Pump which is probably enough for one application on both doors and trunk.

For only $6 on Amazon, it's worth a test.

Having just bought it, I can say the 303 Protectant 2 oz. Pump should provide at least 2 applications on a Mark VIII.

It darkens the seals a bit with no sheen or noticeable residue.

white lithium grease?
mine whistled like crazy when it was cold out...temps started going up about 2 months ago...no more whistle

While applying the protectant, I noticed a few inches of the door seal nearest the windshield was not attached to the frame.

Is there a preferred adhesive for door seals ?

Has anyone used "3M Black Super Weatherstrip Adhesive" for this ?
