Door Panel Removal Instruction

Hello all I am in process of put a few layers of sound deadening material and some open cell acoustical foam into the doors.. Is there anyone that might be able to provide me a diagram of how to remove the metal piece with the window motor attached so that I can apply the material to the entire outer door shell?? any help would be great.. thanks

just remove the 3 bolts that hold the window motor to the panel then remove the 4 bolts that hold the panel to the door then just pry out the wire holders and take the panel right off
