hi everyone
i just got my first lincoln (navi)
2005 fully loaded (2/03/05)
after 3weeks of driving it
and put about 800 miles on it.
i want to get rid of it now
thinking about going trade it in for the cadi
do you guys think i would get an
good price for my 3weeks new navi
or if any one knows any one
who is in the market for an 05 fully loaded navi

please reply

You won't get anywhere near what you paid for it. I think you should keep it a year just to help you get over the depreciation shock. Even though it only has 800 miles, its still a used car. What don't you like about it? Why do you want the Caddy? Nothing wrong with the Caddy, but theres nothing wrong with the Navigator either. I would have a hard time choosing myself.

I drove both of them before purchasing my fully loaded Nav 2005. I got everything except 4 wheel drive. I liked it a lot better than the Cadillac. What are your reasons of getting rid of it?

why not navi..??????

i have a 2003 navi and just brough a 2005 caddi for my wife...i dont really like the caddi the bumper are leaving to much a gap..like a truck to me plus the inside interior are weak..i still like the navi....why not you??

Doesn' the nav have the all independant suspension like the expeditions and explorers vs the cadi that i thought still has a live rear axle. I remenber watching a review of the cadi vs the nav in about 03 i think they said with the extra wow 50hp the cadi was alot more fun to drive. Now these weigh how much and they are full size (large) suvs fun to drive, like its a sports car or something. Did you talk to someone and got convinced you need a cadillac because its a cadi or did you somehow see something you didn't when test driving or looking at it.

Sounds like grass is greener syndrome to me.

You guys let it go. It was post #1 for him and he hasn't responded.

i find out that i will be loose about 10k by trading it in
so i guess i will keep it for two years
then i heard the caddi is gonna come out with a 07 redesigned interior
i will trade it in at that time

i was willing to loose about 5k but .......
i guess i just drive it for two years

If you test drive an LR3 I would like to know your thoughts on it.
Motor Trend had a nice write up on it.

its a truck like suv
very stiff
i don't like it

I don't see a reason as to why you would like to get rid of the Navi and get the Caddy instead. You're saying you bought it fully loaded meaning you paid a descent amount more for it then you would if you would have gotten the Caddy....

I think Navigators are the nicest SUV's on the road next to the Range Rovers...but thats me. You have your reason I bet.

agree

haha, i agree.

Don't get the range rover, I had one and it was a pain in the a...

It was just a quirky machine.

Do like I did, get a Suburban 4x4 for the hard stuff, and get a Lincoln
Town Car to ride like a dream.
