Could there be any more rain in Roseville, MN?!! goddamn!, I left a restaurant here and went up the wrong way on a frickin' offramp. "WRONG WAY" wtf??!! I guess I turned too soon. Would've been nice if I could have seen a damn thing!! Hopped a flat median like a champ to get on the right side along with the guy behind me that thought I knew where the hell I was going.

And that is why having Thunderbird SC springs is nice.

hahaha that sucks. its been dryer than a popcorn fart here, so no worries about that. at least you didnt bent the :q:q:q:q out of your lca:lol:

Dude, I was sweating it hardcore because it was a blind curve with potential oncoming traffic as soon as I saw the "YOU DUMBA$$" errrr, excuse me, I mean "WRONG WAY" sign. I saw about a 6" high curbed median and said screw it, I'm going for it or else some car will be coming around that corner. No damage. Wheeew! And I approached the curb at an angle. ;)

nice save. when it rains it pours here. i remember i was coming home from school one day, and it had been raining all day. i saw some high looking water and decided to not go in it at the last second. the abs really helped me not go in, and im suprised the prius behind me didnt whack me. i turned around, and didnt hydrolock the motor. crazy day lol

I did that with a Buick LeSabre. I hit some water and it came up to the headlights. I jacked on the brakes leaving a wake of water and slowly backed out. Right in front of me around the curve about 75 feet ahead of me was an already hydrolocked vehicle. It was a goner. I was lucky.

yep, i saw some pickups that were barely making it, and decided that if i tried, id be doing a motor swap. bad part was almost all the streets were flooded, took me a while to make it home that day..

that wouldve been ugly. ive heard some pretty bad horror stories on svtp about DR's and the rain

haha. i laughed. but yeah, i totally took on a 6 inch pulling into what i thought was a driveway. then some guys behind me in a dodge truck pulled and and yelled "That ain't right man! just ain't right." my brother and his friend were with me and were just cracking up.
and like you said, no way i coulda pulled that off now sensor lowered and on low profile tires. i avoid all curbs.

Done it in pouring rain. My car hydroplaned at anything over 50 mph. I had pretty much no steering control and proceeded the rest of the way home at 45 mph after my heart dropped out of my a$$. Believe those horror stories and avoid it at all costs. LOL

I did pawnee and meridian area in a flash flood on my R1 BAD IDEA! I was right in front of the bullet stop.when pawnee flooded and my bike died. Then the dang tornado sirens went off hell of a night! I was less than 1.5 miles from home and couldent go anywhere!

Glad to hear you made it Kirk. The Cobra was the worst in the rain with its drag radials. My 93 Lincoln does OK if you keep it under 45 same as Kirk. Now if there are puddles I back it down to 35. But the Cobra had wider tires and acted like it was on snow.
