I've been looking into American air suspension's kit and struts r Us's kit for coil conversion.
Now from what I know these are just T-bird front Shocks, springs, and a plate for the rear to hold the springs in place.
Rock auto has monroe quick strut assemblies for $129.79 a piece for the front and a set of Moog Cargo coils for $74.79. I used the quick struts in my SHO when I had it and they were great.
Grand total shipped is: $362.93 before applying a discount code and $346.21 after - That's a bargain!
Couple the fact that I can chop one coil off each of the 4 corners to lower it this seems like a very economical choice...
The only thing that stops me from ordering from rock auto is the plate for the rear springs. I'm not familiar with how the bag setup in the rear is but how essential is that plate? Is there a good solution I could use for it?
