My car rides ok in the city but once it lowers above 55 it rides like complete crap. I know my drop won't help (really low) My tire rim/comb is about 1.5"s smaller than the stock wheel/tire combo. There is just about 1 fingure at parked height between the fender and top of the tire.. The rear susp is extremely bouncy over bumps and the front tends to do the same but not as worse.

Is there a wire i can disconnect to not allow it to drop?

Front left bag leaks. I need to throw a bb sized weld on it. Theres a pinhole on a weld were the air gets out.1 gen bag so its metal. Good suggestion though..

lol, the only reason i decided to keep air is for the flexability when choosing ride height. Though if that weld doesnt do the trick i'll probably keep the rear air and switch to front lowered coil kit once i get a job. All i can say is that ARNOTT IS COMPLETE GARBAGE!!! oN 1 OF THERE "NEW" rebagged air struts the top bushing was crap and leaked air after a year, and the other has a pinsized hole on the strut causing it to lose air. Rears are fine so far.
 
Having tires with no meat on them is a big part of it. 1.5" smaller tires, on a 19" rim is asking for a bent rim and crappy ride ;)
Old/er shocks and struts and suspension bushings don't help either on an older car like most of ours are...

The DG/W wire on pin 3 of the air suspension computer (in the right side cowl beside the glove box) is the input for the speed sensor. I don't know what disconnecting it would do, I'm pretty sure you'd lose the variable EVO steering as it's the same module...
 
Just get a Module VIII or an Asham module and adjust your ride height anytime that you want from inside the car like I do.:)

I am guessing the rear shocks are shot. If they are replacement Monroe then they last maybe a year only.

As for less tire, more rim. Everyone who gets in my car cant believe how smooth it is with the setup I have. I am very certain the air-ride has a lot to do with that.
 
Yea, i have sensatracs in the rear but replaced those last winter and only drove it 1500 miles this summer. Only cost me 15 bucks each at the local auto parts store.

If i can get a job some 245/45 or 50 series will go on. Though these are pretty heavy wheels and was considering maybe some lighter 17's or 18's with more meat. I want to get get more meat to raise the car more and help with the sh!tty ride.

I picked the Module VIII because the Asham wasn't available back then.:)

The Asham has more "bells and whistles". They both do the same thing but the Asham has lights and push buttons instead of just a knob.

I'm thinking of getting an Asham for my CE.
 
you all just need to remember that changing the ride height changes all the alignment angles, so go too high or too low without aligning it that way any you will smoke your tires
