I normally don't see very many LS's around, but in the last two days I've seen 5. 3 of them were today while I was out running errands. Of the 5, 3 were my color, and of those 3, I ended up right next to two of them at red lights. Neither was too pleased lol.

Of all 5, the only modding anybody had done was one guy had HID's top and bottom, but they were ridiculously blue. All 5 were very clean 2nd gen. Pointless post, but it kind of tripped me out because I never see LS's and then if I do they are beat down 1st gens. (and that is NOT to say that 1st gens are automatically beat down, so don't go there)

Last couple i saw looked alright.

But one of them was a silver 2003 beat to hell.

I havent seen many black ones at all just first gen's.

I drive about 45 miles on the interstate every day and see a few a week, but I've only seen probably 4 or 5 since I have owned them that have been modded at all and mostly it was just wheels.

I see several LS's every day in Plano/Richardson. Mostly folks in their 50's with completely stock appearance. I've seen just a few modded around here.
What pisses me off is there are so many on the roads and so few in the yards!

In pittsburgh, ive noticed a few ppl driving them now, besides my brothers and our friend. Theres one that looks close to mine, a black 06, a silver 06, silver gen I , and someone in a trailerpark who beat there gen I to death (hole in bumper, all four corners of the bumpers are missing paint etc...it was hard to look at)

Don't make the mistake of believing that just because an old guy like me keeps his car stock, that he's any less passionate about his or her car than you are. I too get excited when I see another ls on the road.
Don't get me wrong. I love seeing what you guys have done with your cars here on this site, and totally respect your right to do so. Even though I've been a car guy all my life, I figure those engineers in the white coats know more about setting up a suspension or tuning an engine than I do.
Anyway, my point is uhm, now I've forgotten.

I too would have to say i see multiple LS's everyday. Whats interesting to me is the difference in colors, options, and most of all the drivers. See a nice blend of drivers across the spectrum, white/black, male/female, old/young. Cant say i have seen a LS that was exact like mine (minus mods) 2nd gen, Black, Sport (no chrome), HIDs, chrome wheels and rear park sensors. I hardly ever see the rear park sensors.

There are plenty around here in bmore and hunt valley. Some drivers I see are the last id think I would see driving one of these. When I first got mine, this lady gave me a dirty look when she saw me get out to go to the bank haha.

Here in Metro Detroit, they're thick on the ground. I believe I could count a dozen any day I kept my eyes out for them.

There is a bunch of them in Ohio as well....see them all the time...but I'm a car watcher anyhow.....speaking of thread jacking... Has anyone noticed rust underneath? My LS is tan, so I it is more noticeable. I saw some surface rust on the seams underneath last fall....btw...2002.
