Yes, it's actually a great wax.
Back story on that:
Autoglym was only selling to detail supply shops not very long ago. Autoglym HD was their flagship wax, which retailed for around $100. It was starting to gain popularity on the detailing forums. Next thing you know, AG made a deal with Walmart. Whenever a giant conglomerate gets involved, prices drop, because they are all about volume. Think about it. Online retail stores are carrying maybe 20 pots of this wax at a time. Walmart can take a shipment of 100,000 or more. Guess what that also does to the price?
I don't know if the formula was changed when the walmart version came out. Others have used it with great results. I have enough wax to last me a lifetime, so I try not to buy "regular" waxes anymore. I like to try a little more exclusive waxes, like the Zymol Ital. Not many people will shell out $400 for a pot of wax. And judging by the pictures/videos I've seen of vehicles wearing Ital, it's going to be more of an exclusive look too.
But for $30, definitely buy Autoglym HD wax at Walmart. It is an excellent value.
