Decibles car. Is this a picture of it.

Those fu<ks. My wife is going to kill them. she hates that picture. by the way, thats not the kit on my car. Should I charge them?
 
Im pretty sure if there's anyone in the picture they have to ask for permission to use it.
A decent company would ask permission anyway, even if it was just for a picture of the car.
Id get a lawyer in on that one and get some money out of 'em. But thats just me... :D
 
You can notify them, then notify e-mail. And if all else fails, LvC members can spam him.
 
Who's gonna buy a $1500 kit from a zero-feedback newbie anyway...
 
i would get on that because i'm sure that they can't do that. they need your persmission, like another member said, get some money out of it. if their product was worth the 1,500 then they would have piks of the actual hinges and all that but just one picture is not going to sell those kits.
 
i was contacted before my car was used for promotional use.. not only should they notify u.. ur helping them sell, i suggest u get a discounted price.
 
Send him an Email to cease and decist using your picture or threaten legal action. Someone used the Admin of explorerforum.com's truck to sell something on ebay. He sent them the suggested email and they took it down immediately.

I sell the kit on my car for about half that price. I doubt they can give be a better price than I already get. Emailed them last night to change the pic. Waiting for a reply.

I agree with the post about the zero feedback... sounds like he is scamming... and using your pic of your car.. Good luck finding the person to pursue... Nice doors tho!
